This package does not include a permit to Havasu Falls. You will need to obtain a permit on your own by visiting the Havasupai Tribe’s Reservation website. Permits go on sale February 1, 2019 for the 2019 season.

Camping logistics and the planning can take away precious time from your vacation. With this self-guided package for your hiking trip to Havasu Falls, we will efficiently pack your gear and food, plan all of the logistics, and provide instruction on everything from basic tent set-up to preparing delicious camp meals.

How It Works

Booking The Self-Guided Package

For all but the most experienced campers and larger groups, the Standard Self-Guided Havasu Falls package will be the best fit.

  1. Review the Upgrades + Additions available (see below). Do you need trailhead delivery or can you transport everything and everyone on your own? Do you want to add packhorse service for the equipment and food? Do you need any rental gear like a sleeping bag or backpack?
  2. Click Book Now, select the dates of your permit, and add any upgrades.
  3. We’ll schedule a time for a consultation to arrange gear pick-up, drop-off and orientation.

You want help with the gear, food, and logistics!

For the vast majority of hikers our Standard Self-Guided Havasu Falls package will be a great fit. Those with lots of camping and cooking experience might prefer the Deluxe Self-Guided Havasu Falls package. As you can imagine each group’s self-guided needs will vary so we’ll do a consultation with you to arrange rental gear pick-up and drop off. Most groups will likely pick up gear the day before they hike into Havasupai and drop it off the day they hike out. Trailhead delivery and pick-up is also a great option and is available for just gear or for gear and hikers.

A typical breakfast on the deluxe self-guided Havasu Falls menu is a “Cold Breakfast Buffet.” Our team will pack an assortment of nutritious options, including: bagels, muffins, granola, hardboiled eggs, cream cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, oranges (or another fruit), and a build your own oatmeal bar with sugar, dried fruit, nuts, shredded coconut, etc.

A typical breakfast on the deluxe self-guided Havasu Falls menu is a “Ploughman’s Lunch.” Our team will pack an assortment of meats, cheeses, veggies, fruits, and sweets. This may include: salami, smoked salmon, turkey, smoked gouda cheese slices, hummus, sugar snap peas, strawberries, sandwich thins, rice crackers, cucumber, strawberries, and more.

A typical breakfast on the deluxe self-guided Havasu Falls menu is an “Asian Stir Fry.” The main course includes beef, tempeh, bell peppers, green onion, red onion, and rice. Sauces for this dish include General Tsao Sauce and soy sauce. The side dish is a broccoli slaw salad with water chestnuts, almonds, and sesame dressing.
