Hansi Sexauer
Hansi Sexauer - Director of Tours and Events
A native of Arizona, Hansi graduated from Black Hills State University with a BA in Tourism and Business. She subsequently completed the Idaho Whitewater School in 1990 and then guided on a multitude of rivers in the western US. After resettling in Phoenix, Hansi worked full-time leading rafting, hiking and biking tours and then enjoyed successful stints at the Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Events Group and PGI. Seeing the opportunity to combine her career aspirations with her love of the outdoors, she joined AOA. Utilizing her vast experience and providing unequaled customer service, Hansi handles the details that ensure your next AOA adventure experience will be worry-free and memorable.

Anne Boehler
Anne Boehler - Multi-Day Sales Coordinator
Originally from France, Anne has been living in the US for almost 20 years. After receiving her Masters degree in Economics from the University of Strasbourg, she worked for L'Oreal in Paris for two years. While in Boston she worked in Corporate Relations at MIT. She moved to Arizona in 1996 with her husband. Anne especially enjoys hiking and being outdoors. She recently completed a Rim to Rim to Rim hike in the Grand Canyon. She is motivated to stay fit by her active family (three boys!).

We take pride in having the best guides in the business. All of our previous clients will tell you our guides enhanced their experience more than they thought possible. We have nearly 30 experienced guides on staff. All guides must learn our 50 page guide manual, complete an apprenticeship, all are CPR / First Aid certified and many have advanced training such as Wilderness First Aid, Swift-water Rescue and National Outdoor Leadership School degrees.

Our guides are teamed to maximize their individual expertise ensuring your every need is satisfied. Our guides are at your service 24 hours a day for the duration of the trip. They will be eager to answer all questions, solve any problems, and keep your adventure fun and worry-free.
