General Information:
We recommend making your reservation(s) at least 3-5 months in advance. There are times when we can accommodate last-minute bookings, so please call our office to check. You may reserve your trip by mailing or faxing a trip reservation form or by calling our office (toll free 866-455-1601). Mailed or faxed reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by our office.
Once you have made your reservation, a confirmation packet containing detailed pre-trip planning information will be mailed to you. You will need to fill out and return the Personal Information forms and Release forms at least two weeks prior to your trip. We will call you 30 days prior to your trip to answer any final questions and collect your trip balance.

Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase "trip cancellation/interruption insurance". AOA works with suppliers of this valuable tool to protect your investment in the case of events such as:

Warm winter riding! Awesome singletrack, beautiful views, towering cacti, 75-degree weather, all when it is too cold to ride at home! Nobody knows the deserts of central Arizona better than the guides who live there. Each day will find you riding rolling singletrack with amazing views of the lushest desert in the world and jagged mountain ranges surrounding you.
In wet years expect seas of vibrant wildflowers. At rest breaks your guide's knowledge of the flora, fauna, geology and history of this unique ecosystem will fascinate you.
| Highlights include incredible views, gorgeous one-way trails designed specifically for mountain bikes and a day on the red slick-rock of Sedona. We will set up base camp for the entire week at a site in McDowell Mountain Park reserved exclusively for our groups. There are shower facilities and bathrooms. You will love the views, silence, and serenity of this camp. As you gather around the fire, the only other campers you will hear are the howling coyotes. |
