Enjoy 70-mile views that span the Sonoran Desert as you wind throughout the McDowell Mountains on AOA’s well-maintained fleet of bikes. In addition to sharpening your mountain biking skills, this adventure allows you to learn about the fascinating flora and fauna, geology and history of the richly diverse Sonoran Desert.
We also offer guided road biking tours in Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area. Let us design a ride for you, our guides know the best cycling routes in Phoenix and Scottsdale, including challenging climbs to beautiful views of the valley. These guided road bike tours are tailored to the guest and are perfect for the avid cyclist, the visiting triathlete in training, or the casual road biker. Routes from 15-70 miles are available.
Looking for something a bit simpler or easier? The guided neighborhood bike tour might be just perfect for you. Cruise along the paved bike paths through the desert near our shop or down the Greenbelt on our hybrid or comfort bikes. Our guides will make your ride both fun and educational, providing interesting facts about the history of the Valley of the Sun and the wildlife that lives in our green spaces.
