Guided Day Tours: Guided Day Tour Policies

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are required. Guest contact information and A valid credit card are required to hold a reservation.

TRIP INFORMATION: All tour related gear, snacks and water are always provided. Guides carry all water, snacks, safety equipment, first aid, and client accessories. Hotel pick-up and drop-off is included on all tours.

Any of our half-day tours can be combined to create a full day of adventure! We are happy to travel to Sedona or Tucson for any full day tour for an additional $150.00 per tour. Make any tour exclusive to your family or group - $100.00 exclusivity fee per tour.

PAYMENTS: Final payment is due at the completion of the tour. Tipping is optional, but appreciated.

GUEST CANCELLATION: There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from departure time will be charged in full.

TOUR ITINERARY CHANGES: Every attempt will be made to adhere to each tours’s itinerary; however, safety issues, weather or other extenuating circumstances beyond our control may result in unexpected changes.   Should these changes affect a guest’s travel plans, AOA is not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests (e.g., non-refundable air tickets, rental cars, hotel reservations, visa fees if applicable, gear, medical expenses, etc.).  

TOUR CANCELLATION: AOA reserves the right to revise or cancel all or a portion of a tour due to unsafe conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.  If a tour is cancelled AOA will make every effort to offer an alternative tour for the same departure and return times with an itinerary that offers experiences similar to the original tour.  If AOA offers an alternative tour in place of the original tour guests may choose to join the alternative tour or select another departure time for the original trip at no additional charge. 

In the event of AOA’s cancellation and AOA does not offer an alternative tour, full or partial refunds, if any, will be at AOA’s sole discretion.  

In the event of cancellation by AOA, AOA is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by guests.
