Tina HeintzTina Heintz - Tour and Event Manager
Tina graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1999 with a degree in Recreation Administration and a minor in Spanish. She managed a variety of city youth sports and special event programs in several cities for 5 years. She also worked part-time for an adventure company guiding trips for children into the wilderness. Her move to Arizona in early 2004 was to pursue her dreams of working in Outdoor Recreation. She began guiding tours with AOA, and has now progressed into tour and event planning and management. You will find her friendly and helpful attitude to be a great part of your tour experience. When not hiking or planning tours for AOA, Tina enjoys walking her three dogs and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Forrest Bayly
Forrest Bayly - Day Events Coordinator
A native of Oregon, Forrest is always looking for his next adventure. While at the University of Oregon, he discovered his passion for rugby and has thoroughly enjoyed it for more than 7 years. After receiving his BS in Elementary Education, Forrest packed up and headed to Taiwan where he lived and worked for 2 years. His return to Oregon did not last long, however, due to his desire to travel. Soon after returning stateside, he accepted a job with AOA, quickly packed up and moved to the beautiful Sonoran Desert and hasn't looked back since.

We take pride in having the best guides in the business. All of our previous clients will tell you our guides enhanced their experience more than they thought possible. We have nearly 30 experienced guides on staff. All guides must learn our 50 page guide manual, complete an apprenticeship, all are CPR / First Aid certified and many have advanced training such as Wilderness First Aid, Swift-water Rescue and National Outdoor Leadership School degrees.

Our guides are teamed to maximize their individual expertise ensuring your every need is satisfied. Our guides are at your service 24 hours a day for the duration of the trip. They will be eager to answer all questions, solve any problems, and keep your adventure fun and worry-free.
