Corporate Events: Wildlife Educational Activities

EVENT INCLUDES:

• Two bird presenters, one reptile presenter and AOA Staff to coordinate
• Six to eight birds; six to eight reptiles per presentation
• All presenters are experts in their field and highly informative
• All animals used are maintained under the appropriate State and Federal permits
• Price includes a $250.00 donation to a local wildlife rehabilitation center
• Our custom built display enclosures and props are professional, clean and safe for both guests and animals

NOT INCLUDED:

Reptiles require (3) 6ft. draped banquet tables or (2) 8ft. tables for full display, which includes live specimens, educational posters, and herpetological gear

Birds require (1) 6ft. draped banquet table and perimeter location with view blocked in at least 1 direction

Lighting may be required for evening events

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

AOA reserves the right to cancel any event due to unsafe conditions for the animals - outdoor events will be automatically cancelled on days over 90 degrees. If the temperature is 55 degrees or less, it could be unsafe for reptiles on display without auxiliary heating and/or lighting. The reptile display must never be exposed to direct sunlight under any circumstances.

A 50% deposit is due at time of definite booking.

AOA-Adventures requires a 15-day guarantee due to extensive preparation involved.
