The Mission Team Building Game
You must prove your team's ability to complete this mission by succeeding in Mission #1 and returning to the Briefing Room. Upon your return, the Mission Leader will verify your success and supply you with the necessary information to complete Mission #2 - Saving Special Agent "99". You will immediately leave on your Covert Rescue Mission.
Mission Overview
Because of a failure in our computer defense system, the master list of our covert agents around the world has been compromised. Our agent in Asia has been exposed. Special Agent "99" is now stranded in a safe house. We estimate that the enemy will have located and captured him in less than 3 hours. He cannot perform a self-rescue as he is in the middle of an extremely hostile environment, and badly injured. In fact, he reported during his last radio transmission that he feared he might pass out - we have not heard from him since. However, his emergency beacon is functional and we have plotted his location on a topographical map.
The Problem
Because each Special Ops Rescue Team (SORT) is new to our command today, we must first qualify each team before sending them into the field on a real mission. Therefore we have prepared a 2-part mission.
Mission Assignment #1:
Prove your team's ability to succeed
Prove to us that you can succeed if we choose to send your team into hostile territory. You will compete against the other SORT teams to demonstrate your superior ability to:
- Problem Solve
- Survive -Take risks
- Strategize
- Navigate
- Work as a cohesive unit
Mission Assignment #2:
Covert Rescue Mission
As the odds of success are exceptionally low, we will send multiple teams on this rescue mission. The first team to complete Mission Assignment #1 will have the first chance to save the agent and savor the glory. The Mission Leader will provide the Special Ops Rescue Teams with the details of the final challenge: moving the entire team across the raging rapids, rescuing Special Agent "99", and returning to our embassy through the most sophisticated laser security system.
