Team games are as much fun to watch as they are to play. That is why they are so popular for entire conference groups, annual meetings and employee picnics. Arizona Outback Adventures brings the outdoor fun to your company doorsteps. Our high-energy games are designed to rejuvenate your employees while embracing basic teambuilding concepts.
We have created activities that reinforce communication, trust, creative problem solving, risk taking, and just plain FUN. These activities may be custom-designed to match your company objectives, and are available for groups of 10 to 1250 participants.
How it works: Your employees are split into 2 main teams (Red & Yellow), with each main team split into mini-teams of 5-15. We encourage you to pick and choose teams and mini-teams prior to the day for strategic reasons. We have a pre-event briefing to explain the rules of the game.
All teams will participate in every event. Each event will be timed. Each team will earn points according to how they place in each challenge. Some challenges will be worth more points than others. This means teams that perform poorly at the start may easily make a comeback in the home stretch. Teams compete against each other for the overall mini-team prize, and compete as part of a larger team for the ULTIMATE TEAM Award.
This is a low impact event, which can be done by all ages and fitness levels. It is essentially up to each team to use their initiative and creativity to get from start to finish the quickest. Strategic planning and creative thinking are a must.
