OUR EVENTS INCLUDE:

Iced water and snacks provided for the event
Staffing
Indoor or outdoor facility fees
Cell phone communication with all facilitators
All necessary equipment including: challenges equipment
Design, set-up and tear down of event course & complete AOA coordination
First Aid certified facilitators and first aid kit at all events
Taxes and insurance

NOT INCLUDED:

Awards/prizes are not built into the event.
Transportation to and from the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

A 50% deposit is due at time of definite booking. The deposit is based on the minimum number of participants.

AOA-Adventures requires a 15-day guarantee due to extensive preparation involved.
